This was easily my best interview experience/interaction with a recruiter ever. I was previously interviewed for another role, got the offer, but realized through my conversations with the team that it was too far removed from marketing so I didn't want to take it. Instead of pushing me into it like other recruiters have in the past, Delena completely understood and promised to keep in touch when a role that was a better match came up. Again, unlike others I've dealt with, she actually did - a few months later she called again, promptly set up both the interviews and any additional calls I needed to get answers to my lingering questions, and remained patient, friendly, and enthusiastic throughout. The interview itself was challenging, but in a good way - I felt like I came out of it smarter. The phone interview with the hiring manager was more technical, and in person the interviews were a mix of behavioral and hypothetical.
