I was contacted by 4 different recruiters from Audible related to 3 positions (iOS, senior iOS and manager of iOS development) via linked in. I replied to all the recruiters but none of them got back to me. After a month one of the recruiter contacts me with the same position and asks to provide my resume. After sending the resume, I was not contacted or got any messages for 1 month. One day I see a mail in my inbox mentioning that I was selected for the iOS developer position and they would like to get my resume (again.. really?). I sent them the resume assuming everything will go smooth because its an Amazon company. One week later they had schedule me for an interview with some engineer. They did not even provide any information related to the interview. Usually, big tech companies will follow up with details on the interview process. However, the Audible recruiters didn't even mention about anything. I get on call with a engineer which I have no idea of. The interviewer asks me questions on Java because he thought I'm a Android developer. The interviewer seemed very arrogant and had no idea of my background. The interviewer did not even read the resume. If you are a proud iOS developer, I would recommend not to apply at this company even if they offer you more money. This company does not have any process and I have heard lot of bad feedback from people who have been there. Good luck
