The interview process at Audacity Health was well-structured and consisted of four stages:
• Initial 30-minute interview with HR focused on background, experience, and overall fit
• 45-minute interview with senior leadership (VP and CEO) with a deeper dive into technical and strategic thinking
• A take-home Brand Strategy Assessment (approximately 1 week) to evaluate problem-solving, market analysis, and storytelling
• Final 45-minute presentation to the Brand Strategy team (6–7 members), followed by an interactive Q&A
The process was comprehensive and designed to assess both analytical rigor and the ability to translate insights into clear, human-centered brand strategies.
Overall, a thoughtful and engaging experience.
