I was called in for an interview. I met with who would be my direct supervisor, the CDC, and the Center Director in the same day. They were in need of staff, so it was a very quick process. I did my drug test the same day, and started the next Monday.

Meet with the counseling manager. Interview with the dorm staff and students. Participate in a student activity on Center. You also get a tour of the facility / campus and get to meet some of the key people you will be interacting with.
