There is a lack of communication throughout the whole process. You will never know what you are signing up/or what is happening for unless you keep chasing them. Was given a take home assignment as the first step. It had a few screens. To be fair to Atlys, it was not a huge assignment, but it did take up some hours of work. After that, no response. Companies like these reduce my belief in take home assignments.
