Process: recruter*2, hiring manager and 4 loop interviews.
The only positive/enjoyable interview was with the hiring manager. The loop interviews afterwards felt very cold and mechanical with many repetitive questions.
Unfortunately, the interviewers didn't try to understand your experience, way of thinking and problem solving skills and expected very specific answers that align with their preferred way of working (very documentation focused, not a lot of user interaction).
I think Atlassian might need to consider adding empathy to the list of their values.
