The interview process was very seamless. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter 3-5 days later for a phone screening. She was extremely nice, informative and welcoming throughout the entire process. After an initial phone screen, she sent me up with another phone interview with a customer advocate department head. After both of those went well, she arranged for an on-site interview. I was interviewed by a technical support engineer, 2 customer advocates, a customer advocate supervisor and the Head of Customers for Life - Americas via video conference.

The process began with a phone interview, leading to three in-person interviews. I felt like the team was transparent with me throughout the process. When I was presented with an offer from another organization, I was asked to hold off on accepting, and my manager was able to make an offer that I could easily accept.

The person who conducted the initial interview didn't sound interested and made me feel like he was just doing the interview for compliance purposes. I've only been interviewed once and hopefully it isn't the case for all of their interviewer.
