Interview process was very smooth. HR scheduled the interview and set up well. I had to present short presentation about my work experience with PPT in English. Interview was alright. not too difficult but based on my experience and I am being asked a lot about my previous project. There was Business unit manager and hiring manager joined the interview. The hiring manager took a critical stance, seemingly attempting a stress interview. I believe this is a dated and negative interview approach that was commonly used in South Korea in the past. I felt quite uncomfortable answering certain questions, and surprisingly, the BU manager had to step in to mediate the situation.
