I was cross examined by 2 lower level employees. I don not think this is common, usually it is the hiring manager who will interview, but she was busy. Overall it was a laid back and easy interview.

I applied through their website careers portal. The manager of the unit that I applied for called me in for an interview. She did not tell me that I’d be meeting with her along with two other people. They asked me situational questions and basic personality questions. After the interview, I did not get an email stating that I wasn’t selected. I had to log back onto the careers portal to find out for myself.
