Responded to an online ad for a tanker/ hazmat driving position. Company followed up with me and had me fill out an application and complete a persoanlity screen. After I completed both I came in for an in person interview. A few days after the interview, I was told they were moving forward with other candidates because I did not have the experience they were looking for (not sure why they brought me in for the interview if this was the case).
