After an online application, I had a phone interview, in person interview and working interview. When I arrived for my in person interview, the HR department was not informed I was scheduled and turned me away. After driving home, I was called to say they made a clerical error and I was supposed to be interviewed. I re-scheduled and had my interview. For the working interview, I worked a regular 8-hour day with little training and supervision. One manager took me aside and told me many pro/cons about the company. He seemed very overworked and stressed. Needing an job, I took it when offered.

Applied online and got an email a few days later from the admissions manager with details about the position, followed by a brief phone interview. Had one, moderately difficult, in-person interview with both the admissions and the animal care managers lasting around 30 minutes. It was a fairly standard interview with questions from a packet. After the in-person interview, there was a working interview (pretty standard for that kind of position) that lasted a full workday. It was paid, which was a pleasant surprise compared to my last job. Less than a week later I was offered the job.
