      Entrevista

      "We have a unique interview process" is what they have written on their website. Yes indeed, unique in such a way that they ask candidates to develop some app and depending on your final solution they move forward with your application. Looks easy right? NO! No matter how hard you try, how early or how efficiently you implement your solution the final result would always be "Sorry". They're inexperienced bunch of lads who don't even know how to particularly test a module, unit test a sub module and unit test a user interface. They'll show off their professionalism by describing that they spent days testing your software but actually they just open and close your software up (I integrated analytics inside my software and figured this out). So the bottom line is don't just waste your time applying to such fraud companies. You deserve better. Please value your time and if you don't believe a word mentioned above then I encourage you to go ahead and test them out.

      Hey! It's been a long time since you interviewed with us and I wish we could have addressed this earlier. I'm sorry that you found the process frustrating. I know it can be disappointing to put effort into a hiring process and not have it pay off. That being said, I don't think it's fair to call us a fraud company. We don't say “Sorry” to everyone (otherwise we wouldn't hire anyone) and we do test the software we get from candidates. It would be a poor use of both your time and ours if we didn't. But if the software fails the first few basic tests (which just involve opening the software), then we don't do the full set of tests. I suspect that's what happened in your case. Regardless, we're young and we're still working on our hiring process, which will continue to evolve as we grow. And there's always room for improvement. I've asked our Talent Team to check into what happened here and hopefully improve the way we communicate about our testing in the future.
