Very lengthy and no clear direction on what they are looking for. Also some of the interviewers where very unprofessional and ate food in front of me while interviewing. It took over 2 months for them to get back to me on the position. I got hired but for a different position. At the time I was looking for work and had to take what I could get. Be prepared to have multiple interviews and ask to see the whole entire plant and not just the good parts. Ask a lot of questions and ask about the chemicals they use and the safety record of the company.
