The position that they were looking to fill was a temp position in a union environment with promises of a buyout after three months. They were looking to hire 5 maintenance mechanics and several electrical maintenance mechanics due to recent openings. The interview with the hiring manager was a 20 minute phone screen and had covered only some of the aspects of the job. I was offered a position 30 minutes after the call had ended.
