Applied online through Workday. A few days after, received a screening call with HR, no follow up afterward. If successful, there were to be in person interviews with the direct manager along with the HR representative.

Tell me about your work experience, why do you want to work in Nuclear? What about our company made you want to apply for this job? What kinds of data management skills do you possess and how did you use them in the past?
2-part interview. Recruiter and then with the hiring manager. The main interview was formal and friendly. Just a regular interview question. Though it was time-consuming. Took more than 2 months for the whole process.

Recruiter call which was relatively basic (why did you apply, what do you know about the company and role) and then got scheduled for a 30 minute interview with 3 project managers that didn't really ask a lot of questions mainly confirmed if I would be willing to go on site everyday and weekends if needed. They said they'll reach out in a week and its been three.
