Interviewed by 2 people, was friendly but with challenging questions that really tested your knowledge and ability to think on your feet. It lasted for about an hour and they gave the job offer within a day.

The interview process was straightforward and included a heavy focus on experience and standard competency based questions. The interview was undertaken remotely, and feedback was issued promptly following the interview. Unfortunately, the job description posted did not match what they required, as they listed a whole host of experience requirements, but focussed heavily on one single skill set (EIAs) instead of reviewing the wider level of experience.
