The overall interview process was quite standard. I interviewed with a current senior graphic designer as well as a line manager. The designer seemed quite apathetic and even unhappy in their role when I asked about their time at the company... a bit underwhelming when you're wanting to join the team! I didn't receive a follow-up email from anyone at the company until today (TWO MONTHS after my interview date), informing me I had not moved on to the next steps in the interview process. Between the unenthusiastic current employee and the complete and utter lack of respect for prospective candidate's time, I'd definitely would have to say I had a negative experience with Atkin's interviewing process.
