I applied in October 2019 and was progressed to the Situational judgement test after some weeks. I was then invited to take online numerical/inductive reasoning tests. A week later I got invited for a phone briefing.

Online immersive assessment with video interview having 2 behavioural questions. Also contains numercial and verbal reasoning. They send a report based on it as soon as you complete the assessment. Ensure to dress smart during the interview as the mic and camera would be turned on.

One hour technical exam, with camera and microphone on whilst being watched. Then run through the exam with two members of staff, your answers, why you've answered that etc. Then one hour 'conversation' why you want to work for atkins, what you think you'll be doing, strengths, weaknesses etc etc
