I got a call from HR coordinator on Friday night and scheduled an interview next Monday and had an interview with the Director of Development. I've only been developing so far, so I lacked a lot of theoretical parts, but I got a pretty impressive question from the development director and kindly explained what I needed. It was a very different question from other companies' interviews I've seen before, but it was a pretty impressive question for me and the guidance from Director of Development was impressive, so I thought I could learn a lot from working together. I felt like I wanted to fill in the gaps in the future and apply again. That was a very good impression. Thank you.
