Written application was submitted. A background check was conducted and then an interview was done in front of several selected employees. This took approximately 30 minutes with a later follow up with one of the leaders of the institution. The whole process took about 45 days and you were then hired on a one or two day work week with a probationary period followed up by tenure of sorts after 36 months.
