I had a phone interview with the recruiter. I was call right back saying that the DM wanted to speak to me the next day. I drove 3 hours one way to meet her. She was dressed unprofessionally and told me all the negatives about the company. After the interview I didn’t hear back for 2 weeks. I called the recruiter back and then received an email letting me know they chose someone else. I think I dodged a bullet after reading the reviews but still driving 6 hours for a 1 hour interview was asking a lot. Too bad they didn’t see the value.

I had five separate interviews starting with the DM and going all the way to the CSO (Chief Stores Officer). Fairly standard behavior based interview questions. Spent a good deal of time asking about career path and why I left previous employers.
They are interested in what were the company values of your current company and how did you bring them to life every day.
