The interview process for Asurion was a screening call, two letter writing assessments and then a formal interview. Everyone who was involved in the process were friendly and just had a calm persona about them which put you at ease immediately. The formal interview was probably the best I have ever had as it was so easy going, lots of laughs and you could just tell the people and culture within the company was great. I had some questions and all answers were genuine and honest which I appreciated.
