Overall: Waste of Time. 1) HR rep had no idea what to look for 2) On-Site interview was extremely unorganized with everyone late, disorganized, and not a clue of what I was being interviewed for, 3) Hiring manager seemed to have no real background in the subject area, and 4) My references - with over 100+ years of combined experience in the field - had to waste their time. [Asurion - if you don't know what you're doing, why not OUTSOURCE??]

Phone interview with recruiter follow by a case study and presentation, as well as a fit interview with a manager. Technical and interpersonal questions with recruiter and hiring manager. Overall, a quick process (3 weeks),
easy simple questions, face to face interview and friendly staff. The process took about two weeks and had a total of three interviews all together. First was with the recruiter, then the director and finally a panel interview.
Panel interviews with lots of different personal and has diversity. Great questions and they have the ability to answer questions need more filler words for this.
