The interview was pretty easy if you have a tech background. I had a phone interview then a in-person interview with a Supervisor. The interview was in his office. He was very straight forward.
A group of people at first, then singled out with an interviewer to answer questions and do a concise mock call. Pretty good, quick, and smooth if you ask me. Customer service and sales experience/skills help.
phone call they are solely focused in your sales capabilities with a minimum of tech knowledge with cellphones and computers. Sales is key to being hired and their main point of interest.

Interview was smooth, very well organized if you are interviewed by certain operation managers, be prepared for a lengthy process. Depending on the position you will be asked either technical or leadership questions
