First general HR round, where recent college grads will discuss your projects. Second round is take home assessment. Third is onsite.
Didn't make it to onsite. The take-home assessment was evaluated by recent grads who didn't check it properly. I submitted codes along with a ppt. They didn't even look at the codes and made comments like 'candidate ignored the missing values'.
I believe no data scientist candidate doing a take-home assignment will just "ignore" the missing values. It's just that sometimes you don't mention the missing-value-treatment in presentations because presentations are for showing the business impact and important stuff.
Overall, not a positive experience.
