A group of people at first, then singled out with an interviewer to answer questions and do a concise mock call. Pretty good, quick, and smooth if you ask me. Customer service and sales experience/skills help.

They asked generic interview questions. Afterwards, they told me congratulations, and that I need to do my drug test. It took a little over a week to start the paid training.

Interview was smooth, very well organized if you are interviewed by certain operation managers, be prepared for a lengthy process. Depending on the position you will be asked either technical or leadership questions
