I applied for a job that Aston Carter was hiring for. They told me about their client, to which I was interested. They refused to submit my resume to their client. They acted like they couldn't read my resume and wanted me to re-do it. I made a few changes and submitted my resume again. After this, they strung me along, saying that an interview will be set-up. This never happened. Six months later I was called about another client. When I talked to the recruiter, he refused to do anything until I submitted another resume with more personal information. It also turned out that they didn't have a job opening, that they were hiring for. I'd be careful with this agency. Bait-and-switch and stealing personal information.

Easy interview process and very nice recruiter. Went through all the pros and con is the job position and made sure I understood and was comfortable with the whole process.
