I applied through the career portal; the first 5 minutes were for initial screening with a recruiter, and then immediately I got a call from the technical hiring team for the technical round, and he asked me dot net questions even though they weren't mentioned in the job description. The job description mentioned HTML and CSS, that is why I applied.

At Assurity, I had an interview. She asked  some simple questions over the phone, and when she connected with the technical lead, he asked questions that were completely at odds with the job description. I'm not sure how this organization operates.
