The process was extremely long. Multiple interviews with several different people in the company for a somewhat entry level position. Also hour long assessments as part of the interview process. 2 months spent for someone to be hired internally for an entry to mid level position isn’t realistic.

Fairly quick after application was submitted. Did a routine interview via zoom with HR. They made it seem that everything looked good and discussed next steps. Three weeks went by and I sent over an email about the status of the hiring process since they gave me the impression that I was moving forward.
It took another week to receive the "moving in a different direction" email. Very misleading, HR seemed to live and make everyone feel comfortable then ignore them.
Don't apply..... not worth the hassle for the poor salary.
