The interview was pretty easy. I applied and one week later I got an email requesting an interview. They do a job fair every thursdays. I went there and filled out a form and a recruiter interviewed me and showed me the warehouse. Itook less than 10 min, he just asked me basic questions regarding my experience, nothing personal, I did not have any warehouse experience but they will train you because the job is easy, they asked me about my schedule and if I was ok working at a warehouse. After that they hired me and I had to complete the application online, which was the background check, and then they wanted me to do a drug test, which is free of charge. Once everything is done, they email you and ask you to come in for the orientation which is one day, and you get paid for that.

You start with a phone interview where upper management or a supervisor will call, then go in for an in-person meeting with an HR rep to discuss schedule, shifts, etc, schedule and take a drug test at one of the facilities they list for you, then get ready for orientation
