The interview process was probably rhe most simple I'd experienced. I spoke to young lady on the phone for a preliminary interview leading to a face to face. The face to face seemed to be more of a formality as they'd already made an assessment based upon resume and The phone interview and schedule availability. Being that the position doesnt require a ton of previous CSR experience, my experience of 20 years was a slam dunk for them. The actual interviee took about 20-25 minutes to where I was informed I'd be informed within days, which I was.

Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. I applied through a temp, so my first interview was with my recruiter, second interview was with a hiring manager @ Assurant. Interview lasted about 20-25 minutes. She asked me typical interview questions (i.e. tell me about a time with a difficult or irate customer, tell me about a time when you didn’t know how to resolve a customer’s problem and what did you do, etc.). Interview took place at 9am and I received a job offer later on that evening around 5 or 6 PM.
