The interview was respectful, uplifting, and engaging. Cynthia presented a lot of the promising projects that Assuaged is planning to do, and I left the interview feeling motivated to start working for this organization.

The interview process was very smooth and laid-back. It was a one-round interview where I was asked about my passions and what drives me. It was very chill and relaxed process

Entrevista
After applying, a schedule is made with Cynthia virtually. Questions are asked regarding your goals, what you'd like to accomplish, etc. My experience, itself, took a bit long due to a lot of factors coming into play, however, Cynthia did keep in touch throughout the process and I was able to join the internship on January 2022.
