Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en AspenTech
Entrevista
I had a phone call with a recruitment consultant who contacted me via Linkedin, followed by a phone interview with a hiring manager. This is supposed to be followed by another interview with a technical panel (I didn't get there). There was no follow up from the company after the 2nd interview to advise on the outcome. The hiring manager was extremely aggressive.

How would you work with a technical specialist who had an opinion of not following the process, but delivering results?
A little long but definitely thorough. I appreciate that I spoke to the recruiter, then my future boss, and then 4 other stakeholders I would be working with. They made sure it was a good fit before I joined and I appreciated that. But it could have been a faster process.

Entrevista
I applied through my university's website and received a phone call without any prior information. The interview didn't go well and I did not hear back from them until I emailed them asking for the status.
I was told that another phone interview will be scheduled with a senior management person. As told, a phone interview was scheduled in a week's time. It went well and I was invited for a face-to-face interview. Face-to-face interview went on for 3 hours and I was interviewed by a group of 5 people. Questions ranged from those aboout my profile (resume based), to the ones on marketing, technical questions, and concluded by HR questions.
I didn't hear anything from the company and had to repeatedly send them emails. I received a reply after a month and a half
