      Entrevista

      Overall, the interview process was a positive experience. It started with an initial interview where the role and expectations were explained clearly, which helped set the tone early on. There were no surprises about what the process would look like or what was coming next. After that, I was asked to complete a logic exam. It focused more on how I think and approach problems rather than memorizing information, which I appreciated. It felt relevant and fair, and not like a generic test. The next step was an essay that was very personal in nature. It asked me to reflect on my own ambitions, motivations, and future goals. This part stood out because it wasn’t about giving “right” answers, but about being honest and thoughtful about where I want to go and what I am looking for in my career. The final stage was a second round interview with the team manager. That conversation went deeper into the day to day responsibilities, team dynamics, and how my goals and working style might fit with the team. Communication throughout the process was clear and respectful, and overall it felt structured, intentional, and human.
