Received an email inviting me to the on-demand online interview, was given around a week to complete and submit the recorded interview. There was about 8-9 questions, all technical. Once you have viewed a question, the time tracker will automatically start, however you do have the option to stop/continue the next question some other time (within the time stipulated, in my case around a week). Some of the questions allow 30 seconds preparation (i.e. thinking) time and 3 minutes to answer the question while some questions allow 15 seconds preparation time and 2 minutes to answer the questions. The time tracker will automatically start after you have pressed the button to view the question, and if you failed to complete your answer within the given time your video recording will automatically be cut off with no option for redo. Before reaching the question section, you will be asked to record an Introduction video, this one you can redo to your heart's content. After the questions are completed, you will be asked to give some feedback on the interview as well as any comment you'd like to add to the hiring manager.
