This is a very chill and friendly process. It is with one HR and one senior associate. They are very nice throughout the way. The interview is not CV blinded.

Had a written task on a commercial scenario concerning how you would advise a businesss owner seeking investment from angel investors. Following this there was an hour long competency and motivations based interview with fairly standard questions and the odd commercial awareness question thrown in.
