I received this interview from an Ashford recruiter who I worked with with a previous position that I applied for. She called me once it opened up, we did a phone interview that day. The next day I was scheduled for an in person interview at Ashford with a manager and a senior student records coordinator. I answered the questions with specific answers, was honest, and made sure to be myself. When I got home the recruiter called me saying the manager wants to offer me the position!
