I had an initial phone interview which was more of a description of the job from a recruiter and she asked if I was interested. Then I had an on site interview where two people interviewed me, each asking questions from a sheet. It was typical stuff, "Name a time when you had trouble with a customer and how did you handle it?" That type of thing.

Pretty straight forward ,phone then onsite and later an offer. Very corporate process and questions felt like they were out of a book. Do a general interview questions search and you should be fine.
