After having my CV reviewed, we had a phone call with HR for initial screening. If passed there was two other calls to be set up with the team lead and management.

Such a joke. The interview process was horrible—screaming kids in the background. The scenario project was too complicated and did not make sense. A terrible experience; no feedback, just " based on your project, we are not moving forward."
