Process took around 4 weeks - overall had an incredible experience and every step was communicated and handled effectively so I was never questioning my next step. First was a recruiter chat, then a 1:1 with hiring manager, along with a virtual onsite.
Each person was thoroughly prepared, informative, and very passionate about Asana and interested in learning more about my experiences and what I could bring to the table.
Ultimately I had an extremely positive experience interviewing!

I signed an NDA for the questions beyond recruiter questions. Recruiter questions were just about your resume and your experiences.
Intensive, spoke with multiple people each interview. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Stressed that they wanted someone with previous sales experience and did not want to train a new person.
will have 3 round interviews- first round is the phone screen with the hr - then video interview the hiring manager- in-person in the office with the sales director in chicago office

I really liked the hiring manager for this job but it took them far too long to get back to me after replying. The interview was more conversational and got lots of helpful feedback but the long panel was a bit excessive. It’s a recruiter screen, hiring manager, then 2 hour panel. Only reason I withdrew was another offer
