Recruiter phone screen, one portfolio review with one designer, then received a take-home design challenge to complete in a week. I spent more than 10 hours on the design exercise and never heard back from them. I checked back in after 20 days, and they said they moved forward with other candidates.
I have the worst interview experience with Asana. They need to be more respectful of candidates' time and effort.

Received an internal referral. Got contacted by recruiter several weeks later when they already had an offer out to a candidate. Call went great and was told if the candidate declined, I'd talk with the hiring manager. Was told I'd receive an update and was ghosted instead. Bad form especially from an internal referral.
