One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went through the entire process until I was informed that the team would be moving on to reference checks. Additionally, multiple managers told me I would be a great fit for the team and that they had no concerns. I was ghosted by the recruiter for a week and none of my references were contacted (who I had previously asked to ask as references: one was the ceo of a previous startup I worked at—very embarrassing to ask and have him hear nothing). Ghosted for a week by the recruiter and rejected by voicemail afterwards. I prodded for feedback and was given no specifics. A month later I was then contacted by another recruiter for almost the same role, who I engaged with. Generic in mail about 2 weeks later letting me know they were going in a different direction. Found the whole situation very unprofessional.

Several, relatively short meetings with sales leaders and other internal managers over Zoom. Relatively quick process and good communication and follow up. Disappointingly very shallow - or zero - post interview feedback.
