Its the worst company ever where i have given any interview. The HR people are like out of the world, and they really need to stay out of this world because the society doesnt need people like them. Never go there for any interview coz they would just waste your time and would select the candidate on the basis of the COLLEGE TAG he/she has rather than his/her pottential. Went there for an interview today. The HR person told us that there were 4 rounds (GD, iq test, english language test and then interview) Had a GD round first. Before that the HR person asked us to give details about our college. During GD she was least interested in listening to us, rather she was focussed towards the paper on which we wrote our college name. After that she interupted us, and selected only one candidate who was from Delhi Technical University( who didnt even perform well in the GD) and asked rest of us to leave for the day. We all were shocked coz we were not able to get on what basis se selected only one candidate for further rounds. We all didnt even get the chance to give our interviews even after performing well in the GD. But we all were able to related later that she selected that guy only coz he was from DTU. If they had to choose someone who was from a good college then why did they call us at the first place. They shouldnt have wasted our time.

It is a nice company with structured protocols and procedures, which shows strong governance and operational maturity.Such structure allows employees to focus on performance and continuous improvement rather than ambiguity.
