Hr round was easy Technical Round is toufgh Logical round is average after that they checked my communication skills After that they took final HR round for bond agreement and bond was only for 2.3 yrs and its good for fresher

I had a telephonic round at first and then technical round with IT head. At first they agreed to my expected salary, the interview went well but they totally denied and offered me with very less increment on my current package. Although, the interview went so well but they don't have budget. They must say no at first place for expected salary if it is out of their budget.
