I received a call about my application. HR asked me to come in for an interview which lasted 15 mins. They had a list of questions (about 20) regarding why you want to work for arvato, what do you know about arvato, previous experience, how previous experiences are applicable to the job at hand. To break down what the job is all about: 1) Review web pages 2) Review Social Media They will ask you one specific question: how would you deal with an inappropriate/extreme web page/social media content? The salary they offered me was 21,700. They explained that I would be working on 2 countries ( Ukraine and Russia 50/50 ). They also explained that you get a bonus of 1,500 per language you speak. In this case, I had to clarify that I should be getting paid at least 23,000 if that is the case. Why they offered me lower salary when they asked me to work on 2 countries speaking 2 different languages (similar but not the same) is strange. In the end, both parties knew that it was not going to mutually work out as preferences were not met. P.S. parking is not offered as there is a huge waiting list, even though there are a lot of parking spaces available!
