Basic phone interview, with personable interviewer. Asked questions about past experiences, and interest in the field. The job was described along with the past projects, and office structure. There were several other candidates interviewing. Application was submitted online, and was contacted for a phone interview several months later. After phone interview, heard back within 2 weeks.
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
