- Technical exercise: Given an assignment and must use engineering principles and understanding to answer questions. Answers are presented afterwards.
- Case study exercise: Need to make decisions involving a geographical issue (allocating budget and resources). Answers are presented to interviewer afterwards.
- Competency-based interview (STAR format)

The interview was asynchronous. I recieved an email which directed me to a portal to take the interview. It was a fairly laid back process. They asked a couple of questions about myself, and why I wanted to work at the company.
