The interview process at ARUP Turkey began efficiently. After applying, I was quickly contacted for an interview, which was scheduled without delay. The interview was thorough, incorporating both technical and behavioral questions, which provided a comprehensive evaluation of my capabilities. Additionally, I participated in an online English test, which was part of the application process. While the initial stages were managed professionally, the follow-up has been disappointing. Six months after my interview and English test, I reached out twice via email to inquire about my application status. The first response indicated that the process was still ongoing, but I received no reply to my second email. This lack of consistent communication has left me with an unresolved application and a less favorable impression of the recruitment process at ARUP.

They were very interested and curious about me. They gave a lot of information about the process. It consisted of 3 stages. In the first stage, I met with one of the human resources team. They then directed me in the architectural department. I recently took an online English test. All stages were positive, but I could not pass the English exam.
