The HR emailed and requested for phone screening time slot, I replied and they never responded back. Sent a follow-up email and no response either. Basically ghosted by the HR

Nothing. As mentioned I'm being ghosted. Just want to let others know not to waste your time applying to this company where the HR acts so disrespectfully. I could understand if you don't want to move forward with my application, but then just send an email instead of asking for interview timeslot then disappear.
