The interview was a two step process, with a initial phone interview followed by a one on one interview at the office. Both stages were very open with no "gotcha" questions. Instead, the interview was geared to ensure that I had an interest in their work.

Interview process was very smooth and welcoming. Coordinating with HR and the team’s hiring manager via email, and everyone involved was friendly and approachable. The questions were inquisitive but not aggressive.
